We are seeking an RN with at least one year of experience for a role within the Urology team at Arnett MAB. The position is part‑time or full‑time with a consistent Monday‑Friday, 8:00 AM‑5:00 PM schedule, supporting up to two providers while delivering advanced urologic care.
Qualifications- Associate of Nursing (ASN);
Bachelors of Nursing (BSN) preferred. - Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
- Graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program. Candidates who have not graduated from a nationally accredited program may be considered if they possess more than two years of relevant clinical experience.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the AHA.
- Other advanced life‑support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
- Ability to assess patients without face‑to‑face interaction may be required.
- Awareness and understanding of the legal implications of patient‑care activities as a Registered Nurse.
