Indiana University Health Arnett OB/GYN is seeking a full‑time Certified Nurse Midwife to join a collegial team of OB/GYN physicians, nurse practitioners, and nurse midwives in Lafayette, Indiana. The goal is to build a full‑time Certified Nurse‑Midwife practice with an on‑call, midwifery‑led maternity care caseload.

• Full‑time position, 40‑hour work week.
• Sign‑on bonus and relocation assistance available.
• Robust onboarding program with a blend of ambulatory and in‑patient care.
• Full scope of ambulatory services and in‑hospital call, midwifery‑led, maternity care caseload.
• Approximately 20 patients per full working day.
• Opportunity to work with experienced RNs who support physiologic birth.
• Option for hydrotherapy and water birth for appropriate candidates.
• Strong focus on building and sustaining collegial relationships between OB/GYNs, CNMs, and RNs.

• Provide comprehensive OB/GYN care for women of childbearing age and address common primary care needs.
• Build a community‑focused program and deliver a patient‑centered, midwifery‑led model of care for low‑risk patients.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and maintain effective communication.

• Active AMCB Certification as a Certified Nurse‑Midwife.
• Ability to obtain an advanced practice/CNM license in Indiana.
• Openness to new graduates and experienced certified nurse midwives.
• Preferred experience with Cerner EMR and Child Watch (not required).
