• Wage: $28/hour
• Schedule: Mon-Fri Day Shift – No weekends

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to help support the continuous enrichment and development of individuals with developmental disabilities in our adult residential facilities in New Castle, IN.

• Ensure that each individual receives quality, individualized health care management, resulting in their optimal health.
• Conduct routine site visits, check vitals, perform assessments, counseling on medication administration, and document progress.
• Act as a health/medical resource for staff, training staff in the medical arena.
• Conduct audits and reviews of medications.
• Ensure that the company is in compliance with state requirements and organizational policies regarding medical care and records.

• Full‑time Monday‑Friday with occasional travel required; flexible hours.
• Participate in an on‑call rotation for triage of medical concerns for 1 week per month.

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Indiana required.
• 1–2 years experience working with individuals with disabilities or other long‑term care is preferred.
• Must be skilled, flexible, self‑motivated, dependable, and able to work cooperatively with staff, interdisciplinary team members, and outside agencies.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Organizational and computer skills.
• Acceptable background check & driving record check.
