WHO WE ARE LOOKING FORFranciscan Physician Network is seeking a full‑time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with Palliative Care experience for an inpatient position at Franciscan Health Lafayette East campus to meet the growing demands for Palliative Care services.
WHAT WE NEEDIdeal candidate will have past Palliative experience, with a focus on clinical excellence, and patient satisfaction. The candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills and desire to develop strong ties with the community and existing medical staff. The provider will need to work collaboratively with physicians to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT- Optional Mon‑Fri 0800‑1630 or 4 days 10 hour days
- Traditional full‑time schedule
- Rotating weekends and holidays (inpatient only)
- Rotating call for weeknights and weekdays
- Experience in palliative care or home health care preferred

- Physician Assistant Certified (PA‑C) – Required OR
