Redcrest Hospice in Lafayette, IN is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate end-of-life care on a Fri-Sun schedule with on-call back-up. You will deliver one-on-one patient care at the patient’s preferred environment and work at the top of your license under physician direction.
You will participate in an interdisciplinary team, manage Plan of Care, perform medication administration, and ensure quality, compliant documentation.
