Overview

Registered Nurse (RN) Opportunity at Aster Place Assisted Living. Full-time evening and full-time night shift.

• Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care and promote the physical and psychosocial well-being of residents.
• Develop meaningful relationships with residents and staff by learning life stories and leveraging nursing skills daily.
• Promote teamwork within the care team to exceed resident needs and ensure coordinated care.
• Collaborate with nursing and facility teams to deliver comprehensive resident care.

• Current and valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Indiana.
• Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions.
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
• Demonstrates CARE values to residents, family members, customers and staff.
