Job Summary

Junxion Med Staffing is looking for a Travel Nurse RN in the Cardiac Cath Lab to take an assignment in Lafayette, Indiana. This 13‑week assignment starts on August 3, 2026.

• Experience and Skills:
  • Strong experience with intervention and performing STEMI
  • Comfortable using EP devices
  • Experience with procedures such as Impella insertion, left heart catheterization, right heart catheterization, rotablader, pacemaker/defibrillator device placement, stents, thrombectomy, balloon angioplasty, PCI
• Certifications

  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
  • BLS (Basic Life Support)
  • PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) – preferred for certain skills
• Experience: 18 months of experience required; exceptions may apply depending on unit requirements

  • EP and TAVR experience highly preferred
• Licensure: License must be in hand prior to start date; temporary licenses may be obtainable once permanent license applications have been submitted
• References: 2 supervisor references required
• Other Requirements:
  • Floating is 100% required of all travelers; candidates will float within hospital or to an affiliate hospital/s nearby
  • Travelers' University must be accredited by the ACEN or CCNE at the time of graduation
  • 10 on‑call shifts per month with weekend call included
  • IN residents are considered local and will be offered the in‑state rate at a lower billing rate
  • Must work 2 out of 3 major holidays
