Therapy CNA

Overview

Therapy CNA (Therapy Aide) opportunity at Rosewalk Village Lafayette. This is a full‑time role. Therapy CNAs play a vital role in fostering a warm and supportive environment where residents’ well‑being is prioritized. They assist with activities of daily living, provide companionship, and offer reassurance, contributing to a homelike environment that values dignity, respect, and individualized attention for each resident.

• Provide a supportive presence and create a comforting and engaging atmosphere for residents.
• Maintain physical stamina to perform nursing services, assist with mobility, and support daily care tasks.
• Collaborate with therapy and other facility teams to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
• Demonstrate teamwork to help achieve the goal of excellent resident care.
• Communicate with residents, family members, and staff in a respectful and positive manner.

• Valid and current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Indiana.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and assisting with resident mobility.
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
