Sycamore Springs Behavioral Health, part of Lifepoint Health, is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our behavioral health team in Lafayette, IN. The role offers day and night shifts with a 36‑hour week (two 12‑hour shifts plus 7:30 break) and supports compassionate, community‑focused care.
Qualified candidates will hold an active LPN license (or multistate compact), an associate degree in nursing, BCLS, and ideally one year of behavioral health experience.
