Redcrest Hospice in Lafayette, IN is seeking a compassionate Hospice Registered Nurse Case Manager (RNCM). You will guide patients and families through end-of-life care, coordinating symptom management and Plan of Care with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comfort and dignity.
This role requires an active RN license in Indiana, and at least one year of RN experience; hospice experience is preferred. A valid driver’s license is required, with driving as part of the job responsibilities.
