RN Medical Team Administrator

As an RN Medical Team Administrator with Southern Health Partners Inc, you will lead on-site clinical operations in a correctional setting, combining hands-on nursing with team coordination. You’ll oversee patient assessments, triage, medication administration, and chronic care while ensuring compliance with state regulations and facility policies. • Lead daily medical operations within the correctional facility
• Provide direct nursing care including assessments, triage, and treatments
• Coordinate care with physicians, dentists, and mental health providers
• Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and state regulations
• Oversee medication administration and chronic care clinics
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and reports
• Train and support nursing staff and correctional partners
