Please Note:
While there are no scheduled weekend or holiday shifts, the Nurse must be available and responsive by phone or text after hours to assist with urgent medical concerns and emergencies as needed.
The Nurse is responsible for coordinating and monitoring healthcare services for individuals served by Wabash Center. This role works closely with staff, families, guardians, medical providers, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality healthcare, regulatory compliance, and positive health outcomes.
The Nurse also provides medication administration training and ongoing healthcare education to staff in residential and day services.
