Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their team-oriented Southside Lafayette Family Medicine Clinic.

• Full Time (36 patient contact hours/week)
• 4 day work week is an option
• No call, 100% outpatient
• Busy, fast paced traditional Family Medicine practice with care of all ages
• Collaborative, positive and patient focused culture
• State of the art facilities with lab and imaging onsite

Requirements

• Masters prepared Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Certified Physician Assistant
• Must have excellent customer service, critical thinking, interpersonal and planning skills
• Hard working, proactive and a team player that is dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care
• Consistent and consecutive employment or training history
• IN License or eligible
• Committed to lifelong learning and constructive feedback
