Registered Nurse – L&D, Full-Time, Night Shift

The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide and coordinate evidence-based, competent care across the continuum, including assessment, diagnosis, outcome identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The RN collaborates with multidisciplinary teams, mentors peers, and participates in decision-making to advance patient plans and operational efficiency.

• Requires an Associates of Nursing (ASN);
  Bachelors of Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
• Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program. Exceptions:
  Candidates who have not graduated from a nationally accredited program may be considered if they possess more than two years of acute care experience. Such exceptions are subject to review and approval by the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO).
• Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
• Other advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
