Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their team-oriented West Lafayette Family Medicine Clinic.

Career Opportunity Details

• Full Time (36 patient contact hours/week)
• 4 nine hour day schedule
• No call, 100% outpatient
• Busy, fast paced Family Medicine practice with care of all ages.
• Collaborative, positive and patient focused culture. Work with 4 physicians and another APP
• State of the art facilities with lab and imaging onsite

Requirements

• Masters prepared Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Certified Physician Assistant
• Must have excellent customer service, critical thinking, interpersonal and planning skills
• Hard working, proactive and a team player that is dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care
• Consistent and consecutive employment or training history
• IN License or eligible
• Committed to lifelong learning and constructive feedback
