Schedule:
12-hour shift that follows a 2-2-3 pattern from 8:00PM – 8:00

What You’ll Do as a Quality Technician:
As a Quality Technician, you’ll be at the center of product excellence—supporting operations, identifying improvements, and ensuring compliance every step of the way.
Test products to required internal and customer standards
Perform process and product audits to ensure consistent quality
Document and manage materials in the review area Provide proactive, hands‑on technical support to production teams
Conduct conformance testing and process validation activities
Collaborate cross‑functionally with Scheduling, Customer Service, Operations, and Distribution Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and assigned projects
What You Bring as a Quality Technician:
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Ability to perform advanced quality testing (Level 4 Process Quality Technician), including:
Laser Mike, dielectric testing, dissipation pot, Tg testing
Tinius Olsen, manual elongator, Techrand tester, and more Proven ability to meet or exceed performance metrics
Confidence using Microsoft Word and Outlook Ability to communicate and work effectively with teams at all levels
Experience conducting effective audits and applying quality tools
Preferred Qualifications (Not Required):
Exposure to oven enamel processes
Manufacturing or laboratory experience
Forklift certification and ability to operate hoists and hand trucks
Familiarity with IATF and automotive quality standards
ASQ Certified Quality Technician
