Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced CSA Quality Control Inspector to ensure the highest standards of quality in the construction of large-scale semiconductor manufacturing facilities in the United States. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in civil, structural, and architectural works, with a focus on quality control and compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and client requirements. This role requires attention to detail, excellent documentation skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with construction teams and stakeholders to maintain quality throughout all phases of the project.

• Quality Control & Inspection:
  Perform detailed inspections of civil, structural, and architectural works to ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and client requirements. Monitor construction activities to maintain quality throughout all phases.
• Standards & Compliance:
  Verify adherence to applicable codes, standards (e.g., ACI, AWS, ASTM), and regulatory requirements. Ensure proper implementation of approved drawings and specifications.
• Documentation & Reporting:
  Prepare and maintain accurate quality records, including inspection reports, non-conformance reports (NCR), and corrective action documentation. Submit daily and weekly QC reports to project management and client representatives.
• Material & Workmanship Verification:
  Review and approve materials, mix designs, and installation methods. Ensure proper handling, storage, and installation of CSA components.
• Coordination & Communication:
  Collaborate with construction teams, subcontractors, and client representatives to resolve quality-related issues promptly. Participate in quality meetings and provide technical guidance as needed.
• Problem Solving & Corrective Actions:
  Identify quality issues early and implement corrective measures to prevent recurrence. Escalate critical issues to project leadership when necessary.
• Safety & Compliance Support:
  Ensure that all quality activities align with site safety protocols and environmental regulations.

Requirements:

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Experience:
  
  Minimum 5 years of experience in quality control and inspection for civil, structural, and architectural works, preferably in large-scale industrial or semiconductor facility projects.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of construction standards and codes (ACI, AWS, ASTM, IBC).
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and quality management systems.

Certifications:

QC-related certifications such as ACI Concrete Field Testing Technician, AWS Certified Welding Inspector, or ICC Structural Steel and Bolting Special Inspector are highly desirable.

A. The salary for this position starts at USD 100,000 per year and may increase based on experience and qualifications.

D. Paid Time Off (PTO) & Holidays:
Paid Time Off (PTO) accrues at the rate of one day per month upon completion of a full attendance month. In addition, employees who maintain full attendance for an entire quarter are eligible to receive one additional day of PTO at the end of the quarter. Paid Company Holidays are designated annually by the Company.
