Quality Inspector

HIRING IMMEDIATELY: QUALITY INSPECTOR IN LAFAYETTE, IN

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Quality Inspector to join our team in Lafayette, Indiana. This role will be responsible for inspecting products and materials to ensure they meet established quality standards and specifications while supporting a safe, efficient production environment.

• Starting at $16/hour, paid weekly
• Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
• 2nd shift schedule
• Located in Lafayette, IN

• Inspect products and materials for quality, accuracy, and defects
• Perform visual and dimensional inspections according to established specifications
• Identify and document quality issues or non-conforming products
• Use inspection tools and equipment as required
• Maintain accurate inspection records and documentation
• Communicate quality concerns to supervisors and production team members
• Verify products meet required standards before shipment or further processing
• Follow all quality control procedures and workplace safety policies
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist with additional production and quality-related duties as assigned

• Previous quality inspection or manufacturing experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects or inconsistencies
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and specifications
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Ability to accurately complete inspection documentation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Reliable attendance and transportation
• Strong commitment to quality and workplace safety
