Supervises a team and assigns daily tasks to ensure they are performed correctly and on time with high customer service.;
Merchandises the floor for maximum sales; coordinates stocking, pricing, and movement of merchandise to display and storage areas.;
Monitors inventory levels, conducts periodic counts, and reconciles packing slips and invoices with the retail clerk.;
Trains new hires on the POS system, safety, and job responsibilities; ensures adherence to wage and hour standards.;
Schedules staff weekly in collaboration with the manager to maintain floor coverage and customer service; leads special projects.
