Compensation
Hourly Wage: $14 - $27 per hour
The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may range from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Job OverviewHome associates greet customers on the salesfloor, offer assistance, and recommend merchandise based on customer wants and needs. They also ensure Home displays are maintained and properly ordered throughout the day.
Responsibilities- Greet customers and assist them with product recommendations.
- Maintain and organize Home displays.
