• Maintain store cleanliness and organization, ensuring a welcoming environment.
• Restock shelves and manage inventory to keep products readily available.
• Process transactions accurately at the cash register.
• Educate neighbors on pet care and product benefits.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for animals.
• Ability to lift and manipulate up to 50 pounds and stand and walk for extended periods.
• Flexible availability, including nights and weekends.
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions.
