Merchandise and Stocking Associate

Do you like to work on your feet and keep things neat and organized? Our merchandising & stocking associates connect all of the dots to make sure members can find everything on their shopping list. Depending on the shift, you may move inventory in the backroom, unload trucks, fulfill club pick‑up orders, or help members while stocking shelves. This fast‑paced role requires physical fitness and a willingness to work in all seasons and weather conditions.

• Unload trucks promptly and accurately.
• Assist colleagues across the store as needed.
• Sort, stock, and arrange products on shelves and in the backroom.
• Engage with vendors and drivers with a positive attitude.
• Maintain a clean, member‑ready work area.
• Perform safety sweeps, forklift spotting, and hazardous material handling per company policy.
• Ensure product rotation, code dating, recalls, and sanitation standards are followed.
• Organize merchandise presentation, pricing, and signage according to company guidelines.
• Fill club pick‑up orders and stage products for shipment.
• Address member issues and provide store guidance.

• Physical ability to lift or move objects up to 25 pounds.
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Adaptability to changing work scenarios and shift rotations.
• Problem‑solving mindset and reliability to complete tasks with excellence.
• Experience in inventory management or retail stocking is a plus but not required.

Hourly wage range: $17.00 to $25.00*

* The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation may include performance premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour.
