Job Summary
As a Sales Coordinator, you will provide crucial support to our sales team by efficiently handling administrative tasks and facilitating smooth operations. Your responsibilities will include managing incoming inquiries and customer requests and preparing sales-related documents and presentations. You will assist in maintaining client databases, updating sales records, and generating reports to track sales performance. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with sales representatives to ensure timely follow-up with prospects and customers, providing exceptional customer service and contributing to achieving sales targets.
Your organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive approach will be essential in optimizing our sales processes and enhancing overall team productivity.

Duties/Responsibilities- Engages with customers to understand their needs and preferences to assist with product selection and purchase decisions.
- Ensures prompt and courteous responses to customer inquiries and concerns and resolves issues efficiently to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Enters sales transactions accurately into the company's database or CRM system and updates customer profiles with relevant information and purchase history.
- Prepares and maintains sales reports and summaries as needed.
