The Strategic Sales Partner – IT Solutions is responsible for driving profitable growth by building trusted relationships with prospective and existing clients and aligning their business needs with our IT solutions. This role operates as a consultative partner—owning the full sales lifecycle while collaborating closely with technical and operations teams to ensure solutions are realistic, scalable, and aligned with client goals.
Success in this role means consistently generating qualified opportunities, closing the right business, and contributing to long-term client success—not just short-term wins.

Core Accountabilities- Generate and manage a qualified sales pipeline aligned with our ideal client profile
- Lead discovery conversations to understand client goals, risks, and technology needs
- Partner with technical teams to scope and propose accurate IT solutions
- Close new business and expand existing client relationships
- Maintain accurate CRM data, forecasts, and sales documentation
- Qualified opportunities generated
- Closed-won revenue and gross margin
- Pipeline accuracy and forecast reliability
- Client retention and expansion revenue
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience (IT services or technology solutions preferred)
- Experience selling to business owners and decision-makers
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-through
