Responsibilities
  • Follow up on high‑quality leads and set appointments via phone, email, and text.
  • Build real connections with clients through needs‑based conversations.
  • Conduct engaging walk‑arounds – in‑person and virtually – highlighting MINI features.
  • Guide customers through vehicle selection, pricing, and financing.
  • Present additional accessories, warranties, and products to add value.
  • Use effective closing techniques to deliver excitement.
  • Ensure a seamless delivery experience, including client education and service overview.
  • Follow up after the sale to foster long‑term relationships and generate referrals.
  • Partner with service team for smooth sales‑to‑service handoffs.
  • Stay up‑to‑date on MINI inventory, technology, and trends.
  • Set personal sales goals and consistently exceed them.
