We are looking for a driven, relationship‑focused Media Advisor who wants to be in the market, working with business owners, building strategy, and directly impacting growth.

This is not a sit‑behind‑a‑desk role.

This is a build‑something‑that‑matters role.

You’ll work directly with local businesses to understand how they grow—and then build marketing strategies that help them do it better.

Your work will include solutions like:

• Search marketing
• Targeted display
• Paid social
• Video
• Audio

But tools are not the focus.

Your responsibility is helping clients connect those tools to outcomes like:

• Website traffic
• Phone calls
• Store visits
• Brand awareness
• Revenue growth

Success in this role means your clients see—and believe in—the results you help create.

• Build relationships with local business owners and decision‑makers
• Identify growth opportunities and create strategic marketing plans
• Consistently develop new business while growing existing accounts

• Design customized marketing solutions that go beyond “packages”
• Position ideas in a way clients understand and trust
• Ensure campaigns align with real business goals—not just activity

• Become a trusted marketing partner, not just a vendor
• Communicate performance and optimize over time
• Help clients make smarter decisions with their marketing investment
