Customer Service - Self Storage Manager

Responsibilities:

• Work independently at multiple locations, spending time both inside and outside the facility.
• Assess customers' storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies.
• Perform daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability, ensuring spaces are ready to rent.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits.
• Help keep customers current with payments and make reminder and collection calls when required.

• Ability to transport or lift/move items weighing up to 35 pounds.
• Walk around facilities, spending up to 50% of time in outdoor environments; climb stairs and open large doors.
• Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks such as sweeping/mopping interior areas and maintaining exterior grounds/curb appeal clean and free of debris.

Successful candidates come from a variety of customer service centered sales environments including retail, restaurant, fast food or other service‑based companies.

Employees are required to have a valid driver's license and use their own vehicle to travel between different work locations or conduct other work‑related business. Mileage reimbursement available.
