• Own the showroom experience—from first hello to final handshake
• Close deals and structure opportunities to maximize profit and customer satisfaction
• Partner with marketing and leadership to keep traffic, appointments, and sales flowing
• Track KPIs like a pro—because what gets measured gets improved

• Proven success leading sales teams (motorcycle, automotive, or retail sales preferred)
