Position: (USA) Personal Shopper - Sam's

Position Summary

  • Develop and support Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of company products and services, processing Membership upgrades and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and making efforts to meet Membership goals.
  • Maintain safety of facility by following all safety standards, procedures and guidelines including conducting safety sweeps, following proper forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials, following company steel standard guidelines, and reporting unsafe situations to management.
  • Fulfill Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning items, wrapping and palletizing, ensuring order accuracy, securing items until members arrive, and following up on out‑of‑stock merchandise.
  • Complete work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, resources, collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers and partners, identifying priorities, deadlines and expectations, carrying out tasks, communicating progress, determining and recommending improvement opportunities, and adapting to change.
  • Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and concerns, and promoting company products and services.
  • Comply with company policies, procedures and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans using the Open Door Policy and applying them in business processes and practices.
  • Respect the individual by embracing diversity, building strong relationships, mentoring others, and communicating with impact, energy and positivity.
  • Act with integrity, hold oneself and others accountable, support Walmart’s goal of becoming a regenerative company, act selflessly, be humble, self‑aware, honest, fair and transparent.
