Wiers International Trucks is growing our Product Support team and looking for a driven, relationship-focused sales professional to own a territory of heavy-truck and fleet parts customers across north-central Indiana.

• Own and grow a dedicated territory of accounts - self-maintained fleets, school bus garages, county highway departments, city street departments, and independent repair shops
• Identify and develop new prospects in your territory
• Match customers with the right Wiers parts, products, and services for their fleet
• Manage your existing book of business so Wiers is the go-to parts supplier for every account you touch
• Build relationships that drive repeat, high-margin business - not just one-time sales

Total target compensation:$50,000 base salary + $25, in variable compensation - with earnings potential of $75, for reps hitting territory and branch targets, and real upside beyond that for top performers.

Your variable pay is built from three places:

• Territory GM$ - compensation tied directly to the gross margin dollars your assigned accounts generate each month
• Branch performance - a monthly adjustment based on how your local parts department performs against its GM$ target - when the branch wins, you win
• Service referral bonus - extra earnings for driving Time & Material service work into Wiers' Service Department from customers new to our service shop

• A self-starter who's comfortable both hunting for new business and nurturing existing relationships
• Someone who knows (or can quickly learn) heavy-duty truck and fleet parts
• Strong communicator who can walk into a county highway garage or a school bus barn and talk shop
• Organized enough to manage a full territory of accounts and keep the pipeline moving
• Based in or willing to work out of Lafayette, IN (South territory)
