Remodeling Sales Consultant (Project Consultant)
Coors Remodeling, Inc. – Lafayette, IN (47905)
Full-Time | Monday–Friday (Limited Weekends)
- $80,000–$100,000 annually (salary + commission)

Coors Remodeling is looking for a Remodeling Sales Consultant to help homeowners bring their projects to life-from initial consultation through closing the sale.
This is a client-facing role where you'll:
- Meet with homeowners and assess project needs
- Take measurements and build project estimates
- Present solutions and proposals
- Close sales and guide clients through the remodeling process
You'll also participate in home shows and events to help generate new leads.
Schedule- Monday–Friday schedule
- Limited weekend work (as needed for events or appointments)
- Mix of in-home client meetings and in-field work
- Experience in residential construction or remodeling sales
- Knowledge of:
- Siding, windows, doors, roofing
- Kitchens, bathrooms, decks, patios
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Ability to use technology for estimates and proposal silage>
- Self-motivated and comfortable closing sales
