Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by following Allied Universal post orders, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response procedures.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and notify site contacts and/or public responders as directed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, parking lots, and the facility perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify hazards.;
Control access at designated points by checking identification, monitoring visitor sign-in, issuing directions, and/or verifying deliveries in accordance with site procedures.;
Complete detailed shift documentation including patrol logs, incident reports, and other security-related paperwork, and communicate relevant information during shift turnover.
