Maintain a visible presence at store entrances/exits and on the sales floor to deter theft and promote safety.;
Monitor for potential safety issues and suspicious behavior and communicate findings to Store Leadership and Loss Prevention.;
Assist with training Associates on shortage reduction initiatives and proper checkout procedures.;
Support Loss Prevention directives and minimize operational shortages.;
Represent the Ross brand professionally and comply with dress code and company policies.
