Outdoor Lighting Technician

(Performance-Based Growth Pay | Entry-Level to Experienced)

We are hiring an Outdoor Lighting Technician to join our installation team. This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in quality workmanship, and wants to grow within a performance‑driven company. Experience is helpful but not required. We provide hands‑on training, clear systems, and a defined growth path.

• Install and service custom outdoor lighting, audio systems, and seasonal lighting
• Work as part of a crew to deliver clean, on‑time installations
• Follow installation standards, checklists, and documentation requirements
• Maintain clean job sites and a professional appearance
• Take ownership of quality, efficiency, and teamwork

Reliable, team‑oriented individuals who take pride in craftsmanship, follow processes, and are motivated to earn more through consistent performance. Must have a valid driver’s license and be physically able to perform outdoor installation work.

Technicians typically earn between $15–$28+ per hour through base pay plus daily performance bonuses.

Starting pay: $15/hour + daily performance bonus opportunities.

This role operates under a performance‑based growth pay system. All technicians start at a $15/hour base rate + daily bonuses and have the opportunity to earn daily performance bonuses by consistently:

• Completing jobs efficiently and on time
• Following installation standards, checklists, and documentation requirements
• Producing high‑quality, clean workmanship
• Contributing positively to crew performance and teamwork

Bonuses are earned, not guaranteed. Technicians who consistently meet expectations advance through clearly defined installer tiers, unlocking higher base pay and increased bonus potential.

Monday–Friday, typically 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Must report to the Lafayette headquarters; work occurs at residential and commercial job sites. Immediate openings available.
