Depending on experience, you earn $20.00 - $25.00/hour

This trade position works Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm with a rotating on‑call schedule. We provide around‑the‑clock mitigation service, so you must be willing to respond quickly whenever you're needed.

• Work closely with lead technicians, follow all directions, and complete high‑quality work as guided
• Keep your company vehicle clean, organized, and well‑stocked with supplies and tools
• Properly maintain and use PPE and other equipment
• Maintain open communication between team members and your leads
• Contribute to warehouse operations
• Respond to emergency situations and support disaster response efforts as needed

• Experience in water mitigation or restoration
• Punctuality, dependability, and ability to take initiative
• Ability to frequently lift and carry 80 pounds
• Ability to wear PPE and work in various environments (outdoors, indoors without air conditioning, areas with microbial growth, etc)
• Ability to work overtime
• Willingness to work holidays as needed

• Familiarity with PPE and safety gear
• Communication and collaboration skills
• Leadership abilities
