Installation Project Manager – Dayton, OH

We are partnering with a growing organization to identify an Installation Project Manager who will oversee field-based installation projects from start to finish.

• Conduct routine visits to stores and active job sites to support installation projects
• Serve as the primary point of contact for installers, providing guidance, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
• Communicate directly with customers regarding project updates, timelines, and expectations
• Monitor installation progress to ensure quality standards, safety requirements, and deadlines are met
• Proactively identify and resolve on-site challenges, coordinating next steps as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and provide clear status updates to internal stakeholders
• Support continuous improvement of installation processes and customer experience

• Experience in installation management, project coordination, construction, field services, or related operations
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Comfortable working in a field-based role with local travel
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple active projects simultaneously
• Resourceful problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation required

Responsible for overseeing daily service operations for residential and commercial projects, including estimating, scheduling, technician dispatch, customer satisfaction, and project management.
