Qualifications and responsibilities are described below.

• Support distribution processes and equipment learning requirements.
• Cover AWS schedule depending on controller absences.
• Manage material availability for assembly and machine shop production processes, including line checks, rack maintenance, bin tagging, AMS accuracy, and inventory control.
• Operate forklift trucks, tow trucks, and spotter trucks safely; must be able to work outdoors in diverse weather conditions.
• Communicate with other shifts, machine shop, assembly, dispatchers, truck drivers, distribution technicians, supply chain personnel, and management.
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of all distribution team functions, including dock operations, outside distribution operations, storage controllers across all engine lines, off‑site locations distribution, Building C distribution, and machine shop distribution.
• Complete required training on equipment such as Reach truck, Sit‑down truck, Sid loader, Spotter, and Large outside forklifts.
• Support AWS scheduling, ensuring proper coverage and adherence to timelines.
• Remain in the position for 12 months with the exception of a promotion or nights‑to‑days move.

• At least 2 years of stand‑up forklift experience.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, safety‑conscious individual capable of working independently.
• Basic computer skills.

• Work independently with high energy, attention to detail, and accuracy.
• Be flexible to work overtime as needed to support production demands.
• Possess strong interpersonal skills and apply a customer‑based focus.

• Lift, push and pull up to 40 lbs.
• Bend, twist at the waist, and squat.
• Stand on concrete for 8+ hours.
• Consistently use required PPE for the task being performed.

• Position available on 2nd shift (2:30 pm–10:30 pm).
• Relocation assistance is not offered; relocation costs are the responsibility of the applicant.

• Pay range: $25.70 – $33.42 per hour.
