• Take charge of or assist with water extraction, drying, and cleanup services in residential and commercial properties.
• Help customers restore their homes or businesses with efficiency, professionalism, and care.
• Collaborate with your team to return properties to pre-loss condition.
• Ensure proper documentation and follow established restoration protocols.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and the ability to safely operate company vehicles
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience in water, fire, mold, or smoke restoration, including leading and coordinating job site activities
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage crews, delegate tasks, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to industry standards
• Strong working knowledge of restoration equipment, including moisture meters, drying systems, demolition practices, and containment setup
• IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, FSRT, AMRT) preferred, or equivalent hands‑on field experience
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers, insurance adjusters, and team members while maintaining accurate job documentation
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers, insurance adjusters, and team members while documenting jobs accurately.
