Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Electronics Technician with strong industrial electrical and automation experience to join a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience troubleshooting PLCs, VFDs, HMIs, motors, and electrical systems while supporting maintenance, installation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities- Troubleshoot and repair electrical/electronic equipment including programmable controls, power supplies, drives, gauges, and test equipment.
- Diagnose and repair electrical and electronic circuits.
- Troubleshoot industrial motors and automation systems including PLCs, VFDs, and HMIs.
- Work with manufacturing voltages including 480
VAC, 120
VAC, and 24
VDC. - Install electrical circuits, conduit, and wiring.
- Assemble and maintain electrical control cabinets.
- Perform work requiring knowledge of electrical/electronic and mechanical theories, electrical codes, and industrial equipment operations.
- Install, start up, and shut down equipment following OSHA and safety procedures.
- Advise operators and maintenance teams on safe equipment operation.
- Maintain maintenance and performance records for equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance and assist with general maintenance duties.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Train and assist maintenance and technical personnel as needed.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Two-year technical degree, accredited apprenticeship, or equivalent technical training.
- 3-5 years of experience in electrical/electronics, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Minimum 3 years of computer operation experience.
- Ability to read PLC programming and install/program VFDs and HMIs (Allen Bradley preferred).
- Strong understanding of electrical/electronic components and diagnostic instruments including:
- Multi-meter
- Megger
- Temperature probe
- Strobe tachometer
- Infrared scanner
- Amp meter
- Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial manufacturing environment.
- Comfortable working at heights and using aerial lifts.
