Do you enjoy fixing, building, improving, and taking pride in keeping things looking their best? We're looking for a dependable, self-motivated Facilities & Grounds Maintenance Technician to help keep our office and property in excellent condition. Every day is different, making this the perfect role for someone who enjoys a variety of hands-on projects and takes pride in quality workmanship.
What You’ll DoNo two days are exactly alike! Responsibilities may include:
- Interior and exterior painting
- Landscaping, mulching, and seasonal cleanup
- General carpentry and building repairs
- Minor electrical repairs (switches, outlets, light fixtures)
- Basic plumbing repairs
- Furniture assembly and office setup
- Hanging shelves, pictures, TVs, and whiteboards
- Drywall patching and repairs
- Organizing storage areas
- Assisting with office moves and special projects
- Identifying maintenance issues before they become larger problems
- Experience in general building maintenance, construction, remodeling, or handyman work
- Working knowledge of carpentry, painting, landscaping, plumbing, and minor electrical work
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently
- Comfortable using a variety of hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable, organized, and self-motivated
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Valid driver's license
