Description:

Do you enjoy fixing, building, improving, and taking pride in keeping things looking their best? We're looking for a dependable, self-motivated Facilities & Grounds Maintenance Technician to help keep our office and property in excellent condition. Every day is different, making this the perfect role for someone who enjoys a variety of hands-on projects and takes pride in quality workmanship.

What You’ll Do

No two days are exactly alike! Responsibilities may include:

  • Interior and exterior painting
  • Landscaping, mulching, and seasonal cleanup
  • General carpentry and building repairs
  • Minor electrical repairs (switches, outlets, light fixtures)
  • Basic plumbing repairs
  • Furniture assembly and office setup
  • Hanging shelves, pictures, TVs, and whiteboards
  • Drywall patching and repairs
  • Organizing storage areas
  • Assisting with office moves and special projects
  • Identifying maintenance issues before they become larger problems
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in general building maintenance, construction, remodeling, or handyman work
  • Working knowledge of carpentry, painting, landscaping, plumbing, and minor electrical work
  • Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently
  • Comfortable using a variety of hand and power tools
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Reliable, organized, and self-motivated
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Valid driver's license
