We are seeking a skilled HVAC facility repair journeyman to join our team. In this role the ideal candidate will have a strong background in a variety of A/C and refrigeration systems. This position requires a detailed oriented individual that can work independently and effectively. Duties of this role include but are not limited to:

• Perform all adjustments and repairs on boilers, air compressors, HVAC equipment, water filtration, water treatment, and supply equipment.
• Responsible for preventative maintenance functions as described for all building and grounds equipment.
• Perform routine inspection of all facility systems as assigned by Plant Services Management.
• Responsible to keep and maintain accurate data records of all inspections made.
• Responsible for reporting to Management any discrepancies found during inspections.
• Responsible for maintaining the lighting system in both the shop and office.
• Responsible for adding chemicals to all treatment systems.
• Inspect emergency lighting and air compressor systems.
• Perform all other duties assigned by Management according to the provisions of the Collective Bargaining Agreement and Skilled Trades Supplement

• Apprenticeship - 5 years or more in the trade preferred, but not required.
• Journeyman - Applicants must have a journeyman card or have eight (8) years of documented experience in this trade.
