- Have working knowledge of local plumbing codes
- Have two years of residential Plumbing experience
- Hold an Indiana Journeyman License or are actively working toward one
- Want to continue growing into a leadership role
- Have a clean driving record
- Take pride in solving problems and serving customers
- Have a high school diploma or GED
