Korschot's is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Experienced Licensed Plumber to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings using hand tools, power tools, and construction experience
Conduct plumbing inspections utilizing cameras and other diagnostic tools to identify issues within pipes and water systems
Perform drain cleaning, pipe threading, assembly, remodeling work, and general construction plumbing tasks with precision
Operate company vehicles safely to transport tools and materials to job sites while adhering to local driving laws
Ensure all work complies with local building codes and safety regulations through thorough inspection and documentation
Assist with construction site setup, heavy lifting, handyman tasks, and remodeling projects as needed

Skills

Extensive experience with a focus on plumbing systems in both residential and commercial environments
Strong knowledge of water systems maintenance, repair techniques, and plumbing inspection cameras
Familiarity with local building codes to ensure all work meets legal standards
Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients and address their needs professionally
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail during installation or repairs
Hands-on experience with remodeling projects including fixture installation and system upgrades
Knowledge of construction site safety practices along with general handyman experience
