Industrial Machine & Building Maintenance Technician

If you're an Entry-Level to Experienced Industrial Machine & Building Maintenance Technician who enjoys troubleshooting, repairing equipment, and keeping facilities running efficiently, Express Employment has a great opportunity for you!

Pay: $18-$20/hr (based on experience)

Shift: 1st, Mon-Fri

• Troubleshoot and repair industrial machinery, equipment, and facility systems.
• Perform maintenance on electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Maintain and repair building systems including lighting, plumbing, HVAC, and general facility components.
• Complete and document preventative maintenance on machines and building equipment.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests to minimize downtime.
• Assist with installation, setup, and relocation of machinery or facility equipment.
• Ensure the facility and equipment remain safe, functional, and operating efficiently.

• High School Diploma or GED required (or equivalent work experience).
• At least 1 year of experience in industrial maintenance, machine repair, or building maintenance preferred.
• Working knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical systems, and basic facility maintenance.
• Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, or blueprints is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Good communication skills and basic computer proficiency.
• Ability to work independently and seek assistance when needed.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Frequent walking throughout the facility.
• Bending, stooping, kneeling, and reaching as needed.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work with arms at or above shoulder height when required.
