Trillium Drivers is looking for a Direct Hire Opportunity for a Class B CDL Driver handling material deliveries.
This is not your typical CDL-B driving role. While driving is a major part of the job, much of your time will be spent on active job sites delivering materials and performing physically demanding work.
This position requires:
-Heavy lifting and unloading
-Strong stamina and physical endurance
-Comfort with long, labor-intensive days
-Reliability in a demanding work environment
-We want to be very clear—this is a highly physical role, not a standard route-driving position.
Schedule:
-Monday–Friday - no weekend work
-Monday–Thursday: 10–12 hour shifts
-Friday: 8–9 hour shifts
Pay:
-$26.50–$30.00/hour
-Pay depends on CDL experience, industry background, and related certifications
-Above-market pay due to physical demands

Qualifications:
-Valid CDL Class B Driver’s license.
-At least 1+ years of recent and verifiable CDL Class B driving experience.
-Clean MVR.
-Knuckle boom certification preferred, not required
-Ability to pass pre-employment screenings.
