Position: Non-CDL Driver & Moving Crew — Tips & Benefits

If you do not currently have a commercial driver’s license, you will be trained to drive a commercial vehicle and supported in getting your driver’s license “For-Hire” endorsement!

What You’ll Do

Be the friendly face customers see on moving day by creating a great first impression and helping make their move stress-free
Work alongside a fun, team-oriented crew to safely move, pack, and unload customers’ belongings
Stay active throughout the day instead of being stuck behind a desk
Provide excellent customer service while helping customers during one of the biggest transitions in their lives
Help load and unload moving trucks as part of a fast-paced, hands-on team environment
Complete basic paperwork and assist with payment collection at the end of moves
Safely operate and maneuver company vehicles, including up to a 26-foot box truck
Gain valuable experience in teamwork, leadership, customer service, and problem-solving

What We’re Looking For

Must be at least 21 years of age due to insurance restrictions
Must possess a valid driver's license and a good driving record
2 years of prior driving experience necessary per insurance requirements
Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check
Stamina to lift and carry heavy items (75 lbs. or more) repeatedly while climbing stairs, balancing, walking, etc.
Strong problem-solving ability
Experience as a non-CDL driver or in general labor, loading, unloading, landscaping, construction, production, manufacturing, factory, assembly, or warehouse helpful
Drug Free Workplace – all applicants must pass pre-employment drug screening and ongoing random screenings per Department of Transportation regulations.
