Inventory Control Specialist - Warehouse Inventory Management:

Looking for an experienced Inventory Control Specialist / Warehouse Inventory Control professional with strong Inventory Management, Warehouse Inventory Control, WMS, ERP, MRP, Shipping/Receiving, Cycle Counts, and Production Support experience to join a 500 Person Division of a Multi $B Global Manufacturing company.

Description
  • Inventory Management:
    Manage inventory levels, material availability, replenishment needs, inventory accuracy, and warehouse inventory flow to support daily production requirements and prevent shortages or stockouts.
  • MRP / ERP Planning:
    Utilize MRP, ERP, and WMS systems to review demand, inventory levels, material requirements, work orders, shortages, warehouse inventory status, and production needs.
  • Operational Coordination:
    Identify and resolve inventory issues, material shortages, warehouse/inventory discrepancies, shipping/receiving issues, and production bottlenecks by working directly with production, purchasing, materials, warehouse, shipping/receiving, and department heads.
  • Monitor work-in-progress (WIP) inventory, open orders, schedule changes, warehouse inventory movement, and material flow to help maintain 100% on-time delivery.
Skills & Requirements
  • 5+ years of direct experience in Inventory Management, Inventory Control, Warehouse Inventory Control, Cycle Counting, Shipping/Receiving, Materials Management, Production Support, or Warehouse Operations in a high volume manufacturing environment.
  • Strong hands-on experience with inventory control and MRP, ERP, or WMS systems, material availability, replenishment planning, warehouse inventory flow, cycle counts, and inventory accuracy.
  • Experience in using MS Excel and do simple formulas and charts.
  • Qualifications:

    A college degree is not required; we prioritize candidates with successful track records in the industry.
