In-Person, $28-$30/Hour, 1st Shift, Monday-Friday

Our client is a large, dynamic organization providing essential support and operational services across multiple industries. They are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join their team.

Your day-to-day as a Warehouse Supervisor:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, shipping, and inventory management
• Establish standard work assignments to ensure timely material delivery for production schedules
• Implement Lean methods such as 5S, Kan Ban, and kitting to improve material flow
• Lead and develop a high-performing team through cross-training and performance management

Your skills and experience:

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience required
• Previous supervisory experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
• Proficiency with ERP or inventory management systems
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and leadership abilities
