Accounting & Tax
DescriptionSmall Business consulting firm seeking an Accounting Assistant to help accounting staff in performing monthly tasks. This position requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle sensitive financial information. The Accounting Assistant will perform the following tasks:
- record maintenance
- payroll assistance
- client communication
- general administrative support
Expected hours: 32 per week
Schedule:
Monday to Thursday
Experience:
Previous experience in accounting or bookkeeping is desirable but not required for entry-level positions.
