Job Duties:
- Process invoices and payments
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Reconcile accounts and financial records
- Enter and maintain data in accounting systems
- Assist with month-end reporting
- Maintain accurate financial documentation
- Perform general accounting and administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Accounting, bookkeeping, finance, or office experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer systems
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Recent accounting graduates are encouraged to apply
